Interflux Lead Free Anti-Oxidant Solder Pellets, SN100 Alloy, 250gm
Interflux® Anti-oxidant pellets are solder pellets containing an anti-oxidant for wave solder baths, HAL-baths or static tinning baths from 235°C-500°C. The anti-oxidant will inhibit oxidation of the solder and drastically reduce dross formation and hence solder consumption. The Anti-oxidant pellets will also inhibit floating oxide particles that can create micro-bridging on components. The solder has better flowing properties, resulting in better heat transfer and better through hole wetting. The use of the Anti-oxidant pellets with alloys like SN100C or in closed nitrogen machines is not advised.
