Interflux IF 8300-6 is a no-clean, halide-free, and colophony-free gel flux designed to leave minimal residues after soldering.
IF 8300-6 is supplied in a 30ml Bottle with a brush and is ideally suited for rework and repair applications.
Additionally, it is applicable in reflow, hand, and robot soldering processes where a wide process window and low residue formation are essential. Compatible with both lead-free and SnPb alloys, the gel flux ensures excellent wetting performance across virtually all surface finishes. Its residues are minimal, transparent, and do not require cleaning. Furthermore, IF 8300 is completely halide-free, ensuring optimal reliability post-soldering.
