The JBC DMPSE Complete Rework Station is a professional multi-function rework system designed for demanding electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, repair and rework applications. Combining the powerful DME 4-Tool Control Unit with the MSE Electric Desoldering Module, the DMPSE provides a complete solution for precision soldering, micro SMD rework and high-performance through-hole desoldering.
The DME control unit can manage up to four JBC tools simultaneously, with each tool capable of delivering up to 150W peak power. This allows operators to switch between different soldering and rework tools while maintaining precise temperature control and excellent thermal performance.
The system includes a T210 Precision Handle, T245 General Purpose Handle, AM120-A Adjustable Micro Tweezers and DR560 Desoldering Iron, providing a broad range of capabilities from precision soldering and SMD rework through to high-power soldering and through-hole desoldering.
The integrated MSE Electric Desoldering Module provides high suction performance, with up to 85% vacuum / 640mmHg and an airflow rate of 35 SLPM. This enables efficient removal of molten solder from through-hole components and PCB assemblies.
JBC's Intelligent Heat Management technology helps maintain soldering performance while extending cartridge life and reducing energy consumption. The DMPSE is therefore well suited to professional production, repair and rework environments where repeatable soldering quality is essential.
